To ensure your safety and enjoyment, and that the chalets remain in a high standard we ask you to adhere to the following requirements.

On arrival, please check the chalet inventory and report any problems to our team on 0033 479089472 within 48 hours of arrival, or the inventory will be considered to be correct. This is strongly recommended to avoid the possibility of being charged for any damage caused by previous guests.
We respectfully request that you vacate the chalet by 10am. Please inform our team on 0033 479089472 of your departure time so we can organise cleaning and chalet checks.
A deposit may be required for damage caused to or for missing items from the inventory.
Although final cleaning is included in the price of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning should the chalet be left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness.
