To ensure your safety and enjoyment, and that the chalets remain in a high standard we ask you to adhere to the following requirements.
Access Codes
The chalet is accessed by a key code, provided to you prior to your arrival. If you have forgotten this or have any difficulties, please contact our team at the chalet hotel on 0033 479089472 or Liz on 0044 7793080174 or Gordon on 0044 7770346349
Inventory
On arrival, please check the chalet inventory and report any problems to our team on 0033 479089472 within 48 hours of arrival, or the inventory will be considered to be correct. This is strongly recommended to avoid the possibility of being charged for any damage caused by previous guests.
Departure
We respectfully request that you vacate the chalet by 10am. Please inform our team on 0033 479089472 of your departure time so we can organise cleaning and chalet checks.
Deposit
A deposit is normally required for damage caused and/or missing or broken items from the inventory or should the chalet be left in an unacceptable state of cleanliness.
Your deposit of €500 will be collected along with the final bill, and will be refunded following your departure in order to indemnify any damage and/or organise quotes for any significant repairs.
